Dwayne (CP00006325) is a licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP) and is the Clinical Supervisor for Substance Use Disorder Treatment at the facility. He has been a CDP since 2007, and has worked for Alternative Counseling since 2004. He performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, Marijuana Awareness Class and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.


Oksana Kimpel, MS, CDP, NCAC I
Vice President
Oksana is a licensed Chemical Dependency Professional  (CP60334884) and a National Certified Addiction Counselor I. She has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Moscow State Agroengineering University. She has been a CDP since 2013 and has worked as a CDPT for Alternative Counseling since 2005. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Ms. Kimpel is also fluent in Russian.

Laura M. Schulz, PhD, MA, LMHCA, CDPT

Mental Health Counselor, Chemical Dependency Professional Trainee
Laura Schulz is a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (MC60545941). She has a PhD. in Psychology from Capella University and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from City University and is also working towards obtaining a chemical dependency counselor 's certification. She has experience working with veterans and autistic children and has previously worked at Auburn Youth Resources, Enumclaw Youth & Family Services and the Washington State Department of Health. She has worked for Alternative Counseling since July 2016. She performs mental health evaluations, as well as individual, couples, family, and group mental health counseling sessions. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Stacy (CP60513322) is a licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP). She has been a CDP since 2015 and has worked for Alternative Counseling as a CDPT since 2008. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Sara is a licensed Chemical Dependency Professional Trainee (CDPT). She has been a CDPT since 2015 and has worked for Alternative Counseling since 2015. She is currently working on her degree at Highline Community College. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Hannah is a Chemical Dependency Professional Trainee. She first started working at Alternative Counseling as a counselor in 2005. She completed her educational courses throught the North West Indian Colledge and is currently in the process of obtaining her CDP license. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions and drug and alcohol evaluations. Oksana (CP60330792) is a licensed Chemical Dependency Professional (CDP). She has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from American University in Central Asia. She has been a CDP since 2013 and has worked as a CDPT for Alternative Counseling since 2009. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Ms. Davidovskiy is also fluent in Russian.

Nataliya 
 (CG60155881) is an Agency Affiliated Counselor and has been working for Alternative Counseling as a Domestic Violence Counselor since 2007. She is also a certified Moral Reconation Therapy facilitator and certified in ODARA. Ms. Zharska facilitates domestic violence groups, MRT groups, preforms domestic violence and anger management assessments and runs anger managements classes. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
