Dwayne Brown, SUDP
President
Dwayne is a licensed SUDP and is the Clinical Supervisor for Substance Use Disorder Treatment at the facility. He has been an SUDP since 2007, and has worked as a counselor since 2002. He performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, Marijuana Awareness Class and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Oksana Kimpel, MS, SUDP, NCAC I
Vice President
Oksana is a licensed SUDP  and a National Certified Addiction Counselor I. She has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Moscow State Agroengineering University. She has been an SUDP since 2013 and has worked as a CDPT for Alternative Counseling since 2005. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Ms. Kimpel is also fluent in Russian.

 

 

 
Hannah Rosborough, SUDP

Hannah is a licensed SUDP. She first started working at Alternative Counseling as a counselor in 2005. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions and drug and alcohol evaluations. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
 
James Watts, SUDP
James is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional. He graduated from Highline College in 2020 where he received his AA degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling. He has worked with the public in a customer service capacity his entire career, joining Alternative Counseling in 2019. He performs group and individual counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, Alcohol and Drug Information School, and Marijuana Awareness classes. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
 
 
Amy Mueller, SUDPT
Amy is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee. She graduated from Highline College in 2020, receiving an AA degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling.  She has an extensive customer service background, having worked with the public her entire career. Amy began working for Alternative Counseling in 2020 and performs group counseling sessions and drug and alcohol evaluations. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Master of Science, Rivne State University, Ukraine, 1987
Nataliya  is an Agency Affiliated Counselor and has been working for Alternative Counseling  since 2007. She is a certified Moral Reconation Therapy facilitator. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.

Christina has been working at our Kent location since 2015 and has proven to be an invaluable member of our team. She sets up appointments, helps clients with the paperwork and provides all around support.
