Dwayne Brown, SUDP

Dwayne is a licensed SUDP and is the Clinical Supervisor for Substance Use Disorder Treatment at the facility. He has been an SUDP since 2007, and has worked as a counselor since 2002. He performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, Marijuana Awareness Class and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Oksana Kimpel, MS, SUDP, NCAC I
Vice President
Oksana is a licensed SUDP and a National Certified Addiction Counselor I. She has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Moscow State Agroengineering University. She has been an SUDP since 2013 and has worked as a CDPT for Alternative Counseling since 2005. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions, drug and alcohol evaluations, and Alcohol/Drug Information School. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Ms. Kimpel is also fluent in Russian.

Hannah Rosborough, SUDP
Hannah is a licensed SUDP. She first started working at Alternative Counseling as a counselor in 2005. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions and drug and alcohol evaluations. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Nataliya Zharska, MS, MRTF
Master of Science
Nataliya is an Agency Affiliated Counselor and has been working for Alternative Counseling since 2007. She is a certified Moral Reconation Therapy facilitator. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
Amy Mueller, SUDPT
Amy is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT). She earned a Masters in Addiction Counseling through Grand Canyon University. She has been working as a SUDP at Alternative Counseling since 2019. She performs group and individual substance use disorder counseling sessions and drug and alcohol evaluations. The main therapeutic techniques used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
